How to File a Dispute

We understand that you may want to dispute an account. If you are willing to assist our effort to investigate your account, please complete the following steps:

Write a letter identifying the specific account in dispute

STEP 2

Include a brief and clear explanation of the dispute in the letter

STEP 3

Attach any documents that may support your dispute

STEP 4
