Louisiana Legal Rate: 1% above Federal Prime Rate. Rate cannot exceed 14% nor can it drop below 7% in Louisiana
Louisiana Conventional Rate: 12%
Corporate Rate: Corporate and Commercial parties may pay interest in excess of the maximum rate of conventional interest authorized by Louisiana, whether in connection with unsecured or secured loans.
Judgment: Rate set by the commissioner of financial institutions….
