Arkansas requires a 15 Day notice. After 15 Days an Arkansas debtor is liable for the amount owing on the check, financial institution fees ad $30. After 30 days an Arkansas Debtor is liable for twice the amount of the check (minimum $50), $30 for collection fees and financial institution fees.
