Arizona Collection Agency

Need an Arizona Collection Agency that specializes in commercial collection services? Our Collection agency covers all of Arizona or AZ, as well as the rest of the United States. AAB has been collecting for over 40 years and our commercial agency services extend far beyond those offered by the average Arizona collection agency.

In Arizona, as a general rule, a personal or consumer loan can only have a maximum interest rate of ten percent. A Collection Agency needs to screen new accounts for interest rates in excess of what is permitted by law in Arizona. Should a collection with excessive interest require legal action, the courts of Arizona may consider the loan to be illegal and not subject to enforcement. This and other exceptions are a good reason to make sure you choose an experienced Arizona collection agency.

It should also be noted that Arizona requires an out of state collection agency to be licensed as an Arizona Collection Agency. Arizona does have exceptions to this law but basically a commercial agency should be licensed in Arizona.

Below there are summary points on Arizona regulations and Laws that affect an Arizona collection agency. It is recommended to consider these points when placing commercial debt for collection with an Arizona collection agency.
